Please be aware that all made to order pieces can take from 2-6 weeks for production. Keep in mind that during the busy times (late October-mid December), items will be on the latter end of production. I am a one woman show and it takes time for me to lovingly craft your items so please be patient with me and know that I am working hard to get out orders in a timely manner. If you need your item quicker, please reach out before you place your order to make sure that I can accommodate. Ready to ship items will ship out within 2-5 business days. 


All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and either First Class (2-6 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days) depending on which option you choose at checkout.  You will be notified when your orders ship and will receive a tracking number for your order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at to see if I can accommodate your request. 

I ship using minimal packing materials in order to minimize my environmental footprint. Please note that if I am shipping something fragile-such as a candle- I will use recycled paper along with non-toxic biodegradable packing peanuts. These can be dissolved in water, added to your compost or garden, or reused for when you need to ship out something fragile yourself. There is no need to just throw them away.

Please ensure that the address you are having your package sent to is a secure location. storm + stress is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. I will, however, do my best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. 


Brass and copper will oxidize and lose a bit of luster over time. This is normal and many people love this look. However, if that's not for you, there's a super easy solution. You can purchase a "sunshine" jewelry polishing cloth for under $5. To further keep your jewelry from oxidizing, never wear in water and keep it stored in a cloth bag away from moisture when you are not wearing it.

I repair jewelry within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear. After 6 months, a charge will apply for repair. Please contact me with your inquiry I'll get right back to you. 


Because each piece is handmade to order, I cannot accept returns.  

I truly want you to enjoy your piece so, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, I can offer store credit or exchange for another style within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be refunded for the amount of purchase, less 10% for a restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
